3. Type ""test1"", Hit Enter, ""test2"", Hit Enter, ""test3"" and then stop
4. Select font-size 16px from Size dropdown
5. Click behind 3 in test3 to change selection
6. Press Enter, press Enter and so on
Result: Items get created and you can leave the list that way.

NOTES:
1. This won't work with pasted list into source 
2. This is reproducible only in Firefox from CKEditor 4.0
