11509	divarea plugin prevents browser context menu from firing	Scott Nelson		"When using the divarea plugin, if you disable CKEditor's contextmenu plugin, then the browser's context menu will not fire.  It also prevents the Ctrl+Right-click override which is supposed to allow the browser's context menu to fire if the contextmenu plugin is enabled.  This issue can be reproduced on the demo page for divarea: (including a link marks my bug as spam???!!!) 

If you Ctrl+Right-click in the editor on that page nothing happens.  Go to any of the other demos, and Ctrl+Right-click and the browser's context menu fires."	Bug	closed	Normal		UI : Context Menu	4.3.2	duplicate
