**Reproduce:**
* Open any demo page
* Create a new list (numbered or bullets it doesn't matter)
* Create a new empty list item
* Change the list item format to any format (h1, normal, etc...)
* Press Enter Key.

**Expected Result:**
The cursor should come out of the list and a new empty Paragraph should open

**Actual Result:**
A new paragraph is created in the <ul> list and the <li> still exist
