12639	CKEditor control does not work on Azure	mark hembree		"When using CKEditor on Azure, most of the controls that involve a 
pop up - does not work properly. 

IE: the pop up for an image will 
allow me to enter all of the image data, but when I click ""OK"" the 
pop up does not respond. I try to close or cancel and nothing will 
close the pop up. I have to close the page.

The spell check and link pop ups are also Not working.

I can load the same code on my local server and everything works fine.

I tried to modify the BasePath property to ""~/ckeditor"" but that does 
not work either.
