 1. go to fckeditor demo page
 2. insert a ""big"" image
 3. select that image and move down using mouse wheel (keep image as selected status).
 4. the menu buttons which are overlapped with the top of the selected image do NOT work any more, nothing happens when clicking by mouse left button, BUT middle button works."	Bug	closed	Normal		General		wontfix	CantFix
