In some cases, changes to the editor do not trigger an ""undo"" event.

1. Open Ajax sample. [[BR]]
2. Add text and destroy the editor [[BR]]
3. Create the editor again, it should have the content added previously. [[BR]]
4. Add some text to the content without using ENTER. [[BR]]

Result:[[BR]]
