4157	Scrollbar bug: Text Edit area cut in half on Google Chrome or Safari	Christopher Pelham		"I am using Safari 4.0.2 on Mac OS 10.5.7. I am using FCKeditor 2.6.4.

The text edit area is drawn the correct size but the scroll bar on the right only goes half-way down, preventing the contents of the text edit area from being displayed in the bottom half.

It's easiest to see this in a screen shot (see attached).

My knowledge of this being a problem in Chrome as well is only second hand but there are numerous references to it online:
