I have the following option enabled in the config.js file:

config.forcePasteAsPlainText = true;

but when I press Ctrl+V the data is pasted directly as plain text without any dialog.
I noticed this behavior since the 3.1 version.
I tried the 3.2.1 SVN (revision 5238) version but it doesn't
