6120	Cannot Reorder CKEditor	PF1		When I attempt to move a textarea (turned into a CKEditor) using the jQuery-UI framework, the moved textarea freezes up and doesn't allow any editing.  I have attached a file that demonstrates this issue and I really hope there is some temporary workaround!	Bug	confirmed	Normal		General	3.1
