6272	Table cells need ability to set additional styles	Larry Hinderks		"Table cells need the ability to set the border-top, border-bottom, border-left and border-right properties so that you can set the border width, color and type as desired for each cell.  In particular, it is currently not possible to set the border-top for one cell to none.

It would also be helpful to be able to set a style and class tags for a cell like you do on the advanced tab of the table properties page.
