currently when the value of a textarea is blank and a
user modifies the text within the editor and then
removes it again, a <p>&nbsp;</p> is left in the
source. While this is a sensible enough approach, it
means that the value that is submitted to the server is
different from what it was originally. Would it be
possible to get a configuration option to stop blank
<p>&nbsp;</p> sections from being submitted to the server?
