1 - Call ckeditor external page into main page with jquery load(url)
2 - open the link dialog, all works well
3 - call other external page
4 - call the ckeditor for the second time
5 - open the dialog, now the hidden elements are all visible in the dialog and is not possible to insert the link (the insert button dont work)
