[Opera] Dialog skin sides layout broken

The issue could be reproduced in two ways on v2 and office2003 skin:

Procedure 1:

1. Load sample page with a clean cache;
2. open any dialog

Procedure 2:

1. Open any dialog;
2. Move the dialog by dragging it around;
