the link to the anchor is changed. It put hardcoded the
root url before the #anchorname.

Example:
<a href=""#text below"">link to text below</a>

Becomes after saving (url of my localtestmachine): <a
href=""http://localhost:8030/#text below"">link to text
below</a>

This only happens in Firefox. Internet Explorer does
not touch your href code when you save your created anchor.
