3. Insert a table (Open a dialog and click ok).
4. Right-click on a table and choose ""table properties"" option.

you can see 500px in 'Height' filed and when you click Ok the table is 500px heigh

Issue has been reproducible from CKEditor 3.6.1 rev [6979]
