in every browser isn't getting any response. The
problem with forcing em and strong is that it is the
exact opposite of what needs to be done. The main
problem deals with this bug:

What needs to happen is that there needs to be a
configuration variable called ForceBI (force bold and
italics). Not only does it create less code, but also
IE can manipulate these tags without a problem. In
effect this would workaround the problem with gecko
based browsers and the em tag.

I've already modified the source code to do this so I
can even submit the templates to you that I have
changed so you can implement it in the next version.
