8567	Hyperlink problem in Internet Explorer	Jillustre		"I found a problem with hyperlink tools. 

1. Select some text that was in a bullet list
2. Click on hyperlink icon
3. Upload a file from computer
4. Click send on server then Ok

The hyperlink (url) appears and the selected text was after
the link... only append in Internet Explorer
