8599	Dialog in IE8 is having extra white space panel at the bottom	K V S Reddy		"I have added dialog in CKEditor using CK EDITOR.dialog.add(). The dialog display is perfect in Firefox. However, in IE8 the dialog display is having additional white space panel at the bottom. Attached the screen shot of the dialog in IE8 and Firefox for reference.
