8650	disableObjectResizing shows resize frame with IE9	Axel Nerlich		"disableObjectResizing configuration parameter enabled, Internet Explorer 9 is still showing the ""resize frame"" and the ""resize cursor icon"" after selecting an image (click on the image).

This differs from IE8 and Firefox where no such resize frame appears.
