I have found a critical bug in CKEditor in Internet
Explorer 9.

When clicking the editor (to insert text), the page
refreshes with IE7 compatibility mode, and Internet Explorer displays
the following error: ""A problem displaying caused Internet Explorer to
refresh the webpage using compatibility View"".

This error only applies
to CKEditors WITHOUT innerHTMl content.

SOLUTION:

I disabled the
font 'Helvetica' on my system, and reloaded the page; Now it didn't
refresh the page, and everything worked as purposed.
