9870	Moono skin: uiColor not working properly if color name is provided	Wiktor Walc		"The documentation for [http://docs.ckeditor.com/#!/api/CKEDITOR.config-cfg-uiColor uiColor] suggests using a color name for uiColor. It works fine in Kama skin, but does not work (properly) in Moono. 

It looks like the provided color name is used somehow, but the the buttons are black.
