10252	disableObjectResizing=true in full screen mode	brandon		"This is my first bug report.  I am attempting to se disableObjectResizing=true and it seems to be working fine, except when clicking to full screen mode / maximize.  Once you do that, users can click the image and resize, even if disableObjectResizing is true.

- using firefox 19.0 and mac osx 10.8.2
- click the image button and put in an absolute image link
- try to resize (which shouldn't work)
- click maximize button
- click image to resize in full screen mode, and now it works (even though disableObjectResizing=true)
