 1. Open sample01.html in Firefox.
 1. Press Ctrl-A and Delete to delete all contents.
 1. Press Enter.
 1. Press Backspace.
 1. Now the caret disappears.
 1. Press the up arrow key.
 1. Now the caret hangs above the empty document.
