10699	Exiting source mode leave all icons disabled	Larry Hinderks		"I just installed CKEditor 4.2 full mode with SourceDialog and CodeMirror (7/28/2013).

I am running IE10. 

1.  I type ""abc"" 
2.  I click on source mode and all is displayed OK.
3.  Then I click source mode again to exit source mode and none of the icons are enabled.

I have the same results in IE9 mode.

IE8 mode and Chrome behave correctly.
