 1. Type some text in the editor under IE
 1. Change the text to ""Formatted"" in the format menu.
 1. Press Enter twice inside the formatted text.
 1. Press Enter even more, say, ten times.
 1. No matter how many times you pressed Enter, there is only one line break.
