However there is no way for screen reader users to know what language is selected on this menu.

To Reproduce:
- Open a CKEditor 4.3 sample with JAWS enabled.
- Type some text and select it.
- Apply a language to this selection using the new language menu on the toolbar e.g. French
- Keep the cursor within the same selection and open the language menu again.
