11231	Autogrow does not load as images are loaded	Stig Runar Vangen		If I set the editor content to a document with lots of images where the image size is not initially set, the autogrow plugin will not expand the editor as images are loaded. After all images are loaded, their size is known, and the document height are expanded without the autogrow plugin knowing. This results in a scrollbar being shown for the editor area.
