11578	A tags are getting removed	larrykl		"This is exactly the same complaint as ticket #2253.  It seems that the HTML standard is being debated and misinterpreted instead of an actual issue being addressed.  It is completely valid to have a tag like this:

CKEditor is stripping this out.  It is a completely valid usage of the <a>.  There are so many complaints about this?  Why isn't it being addressed?"	Bug	closed	Normal		General		invalid
