11656	Insert row numbering automatically into table	IBM_RQM		"Not sure if this is a bug or a new feature, for now I am marking it as new feature since this is more a RFE.

Steps to reproduce: 

- Create Table of 3 rows and 2 columns.
- Mark first column.
- Click on Numbered List icon. Notice that each row gets the number 1 instead of the correct number.

Expectations: 
That each row has the proper numbering: row 1 to have number 1, row 2 to to have number 2 and so on like other complex editor like MSWord or Symphony do. 

Notice this is reproducible even in CK Editor 4.3.3 in
