Problem can be reproduced in IE9-11 
1.	Open replacebycode.html sample and clean editor contents with New Page command. 
2.	Create numbered list (e.g. with 4 elements). 
3.	Select List with Ctrl+A 
4.	Right-click on list and open List Properties Dialog 
5.	Change style to upper Roman
