1. Create three bullets
2. Add one additional bullet then hit tab or indent one additional level with the button in the toolbar.
3. Press enter one more time

Expected Result:
Last bullet should disappear, cursor appears below list.
Actual Result:
Cursor adds a bullet above the last bullet.
