12085	toolbat buttons non functional in IE 8 with latest release 4.4.1	Harsha V		"I have upgraded from fckeditor to ckeditor 4.4.1.In IE 9+ everything is working fine but IE 8 even though ckeditor is loaded toolbar buttons are non functional.Tool tip , button highlights seems to work fine but onclick actions are not functional
