Just downloaded and installed latest nightly build.
Now toolbar text formatting features do not remain selected after clicking on toolbar option.
Note if I first select some text and then click on toolbar eg. Bold, it will bold the selected text.  But if I click on Bold and then type text, Bold will not remain highlighted and the text will not be bold.
Ditto for italics, underline, strikethrough, etc.

Same issue found when testing your Nightly build example online.

Running IE 6.0 on XP.
