12465	Can't update checkbox state with Dialog.	Jakub Ś		"In Blink and Webkit it is impossible to change state of checkboxes with properties dialog.

To reproduce:
1. Insert checkbox
2. Open checkbox properties dialog 
3. Change checkbox state and close the dialog with 'OK'
Result: the state of checkbox is not change (if it was checked, it is still checked).

Problem can be reproduced from CKEditor 3.0 in Blink and Webkit.

NOTE: Click works native contenteditable so I think that dialog should work as well.
