12510	CKEeditor toolbar blocking calendar	ps121912		"Please see the attached JPG.  We're having an issue with the CKEditor toolbar
blocking a calendar.  I have assigned a CSS style to the calendar and changed
the z-index but has no affect.  Is there a way to adjust the toolbar instead?

Any suggestions, recommendations and examples would be most appreciated.
