Result: Cannot move cursor using keyboard. Even if I move cursor to the other place with a mouse I am still not able to move it with a keyboard arrows.

Looks like browser regression.

Checked with CKE 4.4.6, 4.0.0 and 3.6.6.

Tested with Firefox 33.1.1 on Windows 7.
