When a user right-clicks on a table, they no longer see the table properties menu. Here is the menu that they now see:

I saw this ticket (http://dev.ckeditor.com/ticket/11306) which was closed 6 months ago, but it seems like the same behavior is happening. I am using version 4.4.5 through Mingle.
