13194	CKEditor adds empty paragraph to the content on startup (inline mode)	ctrl		"CKEditor adds an empty paragraph on startup.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Attach CKEditor to an element on the page
2. Load the  page in Chrome/Firefox (I think it will break in all browsers however)

Result: a new paragraph has been added to the content
Expected: the content to be empty (untouched by CKEditor)

This breaks an plugin I created - this basically behaves as an HTML5 placeholder. However, it stopped to work when I upgraded to the last version of CKEditor.
