13365	[FF]  Selection Field Properties tooltips alignment for bidi languages	ACGC		"When opening the selection field properties form while using Arabic as a default language, the buttons' tooltips (Add, Modify, Up, Down) have Arabic text aligned to the left (LTR). While it should be aligned to the right. 

Steps to reproduce to issue:
1. Open the config.js file, and edit config.language field to 'ar'.
2. Open CKeditor on Firefox browser. 
3. Click on selection field button.
4. Hover over any of the form buttons (Add, Modify, up, Down).
