Tested on 4.5.0 dev version and built one.

1. Open http://tests.ckeditor.dev:1030/tests/plugins/uploadwidget/manual/image
2. Clear all content
3. D&D some image into editor, to initiate uploading.
4. During uploading D&D widget right after itself.

There is an error:
