I've just downloaded a customized standard package.

First of all, a minor issue: the ImageUpload Plugin, when built like that misses the plugin.js. So I've manually downloaded ImageUpload and uploaded the plugin.js separately...
But now the error changed:
and I get this error when trying to access a page using ckeditor:
