1. Insert an image using the CKEditor image dialog
2. Adjust the height and then click ""ok"" to close the dialog (The aspect ratio should be locked by default at this point)
3. Click the image and open the image dialog again
4. The aspect ratio will now be unlocked

== Expected result ==
The aspect ratio lock should remain in the same state as when it was last saved.

== Actual result ==
