14419	How can I skip already loaded ckeditor.js and create a new editor instance by loading newer version of ckEditor.js?	Rohit Kumar		"== Steps to reproduce ==

1. Create a plugin for webPages which uses ckeditor(latest version and office skin).

2. Try using this plugin on a webPage (Some product on which I cannot modify the source code) which already has ckEditor.js (some older version probably with mono skin and different toolbar config) 

== Expected result ==
It should load the editor embed in the plugin 
== Actual result ==
Th loads the already available editor
