1671	Link dialog should focus automatically the URL field	Alfonso Martínez de Lizarrondo		"You are writing something, then you want to make a link, Ctrl+Shift+arrows to select the text, Ctrl+L to open the link dialog. 
Now you have to move the hand to the mouse or tab several times instead of just Ctrl+V and Enter to finish the link.
