1679	No Tooltip on Combos	John Geddes		"No tooltips appearing for Combo boxes.

Tracing it through, there is specification of a tooltip in ""var FCKSpecialCombo=function ..."" and the function ""FCKSpecialCombo_OnMouseOver"" is operating as expected, but I can't see where the mechanics are for the tooltip, nor does anything appear.

Is this a feature that should work?
