* running with devtools open
* cold browser boot, e.g. `firefox http://tests.ckeditor.dev:1030/tests/plugins/uploadfile/uploadfile` (just make sure no FF processes are active)"	Task	closed	Normal	CKEditor 4.7.0	General		fixed
