1700	Absolute URLs not working in IE7	John Sheehan		"In the ImageManager, specifying an absolute URL does not load the image for previewing. In the editor, images with absolute URLs (e.g. /foo/bar/image.jpg) also show as broken.

Also, EditorAreaCSS specified with absolute URL not applied or even loaded if ToolbarComboPreviewCSS is specified.
