I can not view the fckeditor toolbar in the IE 7 browser. it gives javascript error in

fckeditor/editor/fckeditor.html?InstanceName=FCKeditor_content&Toolbar=Default

on Line 14 (Object expected)

Please give me a solution why this is occuring and i notice some other users browsers will not show this error and FCK toolbar is loading normally.
could anyone give me an answer to this?
