263	error using the editor in internet explorer	Nick Thorley		"I have implemented the editor on a site which works fine in firefox but in internet explorer it says unknown toolbar item ""undefined"".  I thought i may have edited the config file incorrectly so i tried the download samples and the same error comes up.
