 1. Click on 'SCAYT' - 'Enable SCAYT';
  * Actual Result: The toolbar button state shows SCAYT is enabled, despite the fact that SCAYT is not enalbed on the document.  
 1. Click on 'SCAYT' - 'Enable SCAYT' again;
  * Actual Result: Now SCAYT is enabled
